SALT LAKE CITY — December 15, 2022 — Instructure Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:INST) announced that it had acquired LearnPlatform, a leading LMS-agnostic search and management partner platform for the education technology (EdTech) industry. With this acquisition, Instructure is looking to expand its LMS capabilities and deepen its commitment to providing partners with robust LMS options through its platform.

The acquisition of LearnPlatform highlights Instructure's dedication to delivering innovative learning experiences by providing customers with more choices when selecting LMS solutions. The learning management software will allow users to quickly discover and integrate the proper LMS application for their organization without searching multiple platforms. By tapping into LearnPlatform's vast library of LMS providers, Instructure can now give partners access to 10,000+ LMS applications through one platform.
