What is a Marketing Funnel
What is a funnel for marketing and why is it important for every online marketer make one?
It is a marketing strategy to encourage prospective customers to purchase products from your company. It's a selling method that lets someone browse your website in search of information that solves their problem. It is possible to build a rapport by using specific tools.
This will help you better understand each visitor's needs. This will enable you to provide the most relevant information possible for all visitors. If you can gain trust from a visitor they're more likely to purchase your products. This visitor will then become a customer.
Many customers eventually become extremely loyal customers and will purchase almost anything that your site sells. A marketing funnel includes all the steps needed to bring a frequent user of your site into a loyal customer and buy every product that you sell.

This is the ultimate goal. It is possible to achieve this with a well-constructed funnel.
You've got your marketing resources to entice people's attention and bring them into your funnel. They enter the funnel once they fill out the forms that you have on your PERSONAL lead capture page. I say "personal" because no one is going to opt in to your lead capture for business page. They want to be a leader and not a business.
The page for lead capture is where they begin the funnel. If they click on the "Sign up now" or "Enter here" buttons, they are in a position to enter a different universe of marketing through networks.
It is their decision. It's their choice. You've not offered anything other than that you are an instructor, leader and someone who will show them how to get more leads, and more money in their businesses.
This is how a typical marketing channel works.
On the "front-end" you have an offer that is free to draw and qualify people who may be interested in purchasing your products further down the sales funnel. In order to get the free product, people have to sign-up (also known as opt-in) and give their email address as well as their name which in turn will be added to your list of email subscribers.
Now, you've got those contacts on your list of email addresses and can send other similar offers that they might be interested in.
Signing up for the complimentary offer will take you to a webpage that has low-price deals or what's called"a "trip wire offer". This is where they'll be taken to the "backend" of funnel.
They will be taken to a related offer at less cost when they buy the lower-cost offer (also known as an upsell). And if the person also purchases the higher-priced offer, they will again be taken to the next related product with a higher price. This can go on for a long time.
